1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Dynasty Drinks website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Our Products

All product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are as accurate as we can make them. Weights shown (e.g. 50g) are approximate. Product images are for illustration and the actual product may vary slightly. We reserve the right to update prices, discontinue products, or change product descriptions at any time before you place an order.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion - for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order we will refund any payment taken in full.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via Shopify Payments, which accepts major credit and debit cards. Your card details are processed securely and we do not store payment information.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only unless otherwise stated at checkout. Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Free delivery is available on orders over the threshold shown at checkout. Once dispatched, ownership and risk of the goods pass to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier partners.

6. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at hello@dynastydrinks.com within 14 days of delivery. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancelling. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or mis-described. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund. You do not need to return the product. This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days at hello@dynastydrinks.com with your order number and a photo where relevant. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at your choice.

9. Subscription Orders

If you purchase a subscription, your card will be charged at the frequency you select. You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us. Cancellations before the next billing date will prevent the next charge. We do not offer refunds on subscription payments already taken unless required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, and branding is owned by or licensed to Dynasty Drinks. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
