1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your matcha. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund - no questions asked. You do not need to return the product.
To claim your refund, email hello@dynastydrinks.com with your order number and we will process it within 2 working days.
2. Statutory Right to Cancel (14 Days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at hello@dynastydrinks.com within 14 days of delivery. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. Return postage is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or mis-described. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return postage, whichever is earlier.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days at hello@dynastydrinks.com with your order number and a photo if relevant. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit - your choice. Return postage will be covered by us in these cases.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed it, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Subscription Orders
You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing us. If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again. Refunds on subscription payments already taken are handled under our 30-day guarantee and statutory rights above.
6. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened products except where the product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies regardless of whether the product has been opened.
